Iphone, cos I have one. I might have been tempted by an Android, but because part of the reason for getting an Iphone was having a bigger Ipod, and the fact that I'm already comfortable with Itunes and the IOS meant that I got the Iphone.

Fuck iPhone. iTunes sucks, as does Quicktime. And you are forced to install both of them on your PC.

Also, with my old iPhone 3G, I now cannot use newer apps because I don't have IOS 4.0.

Never mind the fact that the phone is unusable (and goes through the battery in hours) with IOS 4.0...
And that I had to go through so much stupid shit to revert to IOS 3.0.

I'd probably go with an Android next time.

I've always been of the mind that if you need more of a "toy" (games etc.) get an iphone.  If you are looking more towards work, get a droid.

I've always gotten this impression.

IMO Apple is nothing but a gimmick peddler. Over and over again they sell form over function, fashion over features, cutting corners everywhere to deliver the sleekest-looking, most replaceable, most overpriced New Gizmo available. And it keeps making them fucking rich. :enraged:

I have an iPhone 4. I love it.
My friend recently dumped his iPhone for an HTC desire. The video quality isn't as good as the iPhone for sure. and the phone itself is pretty big. App store isn't as good either.

They are both good phones. But I prefer my iphone

Android for sure.  It is the future of phones, and is the best out right now.  I refused to get a cell phone for years because I simply wasnt impressed with what they had to offer for the cost.  But now, I have an android smartphone because it can finally do what I have wanted from a portable device for all of those years.

iPhone is simply too expensive for me to even consider.

I got my 16g iPhone 4 for 150 bucks. I only charge it once a day and it doesn't drop below 30% no matter how much I use it. I don't know why everyone is having power problems with theirs.

Awesome phone.

I tried to like droids but I didn't find one I liked at all. I saw the new iPhone and creamed.

The price of the phone is meaningless compared to the price of the plan.  Saying you got an iPhone for 150 doesnt really mean anything at all.

My phone cost $300, but I pay $25-$30 a month because I didnt get suckered into a contract.  I pay less than just about every iPhone user out there.
