Gyms in Central Ohio in May

I found these today; 5/5/11, on a tree log while hunting for morels. I only picked these three bc they were the largest, but there are at least 40 pins remaining to grow. The largest one of these three is about 1.5 in. in diameter.

yea, i guess by the info he gave of the biggest one being 1.5 inches in diameter--they could be something else. Maybe pholiota looking at the caps but they still closely resemble gyms. take a spore print maybe

i also was thinking pholiota - but the gills seem very yellow and pale - with the whitish edge -and the caps have a furry kinda scaly look - i then thought the g.sap would maybe fit the bill best- - - - Don't consume Op - nothing active

Kinda looks like Flammulaster or Pholiota.
