I'm in a real melancholy state of mind and I looked up a movie to watch to fit the mood. After reading about it before, I thought Requiem for a Dream would be nice. Turns out, I find it boring as shit.

I remember the last twenty or something minutes being intense, but it wasn't GREAT to me overall. Only watched it once, perhaps I'll watch it again soon.

I thought it was a great flick, especially all the drug scenes. You're probably just in no mood for it.

That's what I'm guessing. Truth is, I'll probably come back to watch it and find it as a great movie. But I'll continue on, I have like 40mins left to the movie.

I thought it was an interesting movie. It portraits fucked up people which is not so far from reality, and it's not the cliché "happy ending" movie so...

Its good but not exactly action packed. Trainspotting is another good addict movie.
