Procedure for cleaning contamed jars?

As you can see from my previous post, a couple of my glasses are serioulsy contaminated. I'd like to keep the glasses, although it's no problem if I can't.

I thought I'll just steam them for an hour or so before opening and discarding the contents. I don't want to get sick, that contam looks really nasty .

Should I just wrap them all in a plastic bag and throw them out, or is it okay to steam and recycle glasses?

Steam them, empty them, wash them, then soak them for a while in a 1:10 bleach solution.

I emptied the cakes into a plastic bag and threw them in the bin... then i put the glasses in a styrofoam box of bleach/water and they have been there for a few days just chillin out remembering what its like to be sterile so they wont bloody get contaminated again! hehhe I will PC them before I put substrate in just to be sure

Just empty them, wash them with soap, soak them in bleach solution for a day (or less) and then wash them with tap water.

i just scrubbed all residue off the sides, then filled with like a 50% bleach/ 50% water and just shook them really hard with the caps on..then emptied out and rinsed and rinsed and rinsed

after The Hooligans soak with almost straight bleach they like to wash with dial anti-microbile soap from the 1$ store, lather up and let sit for about 5-10 minutes and rinse. May seem like overkill but, "contaminants are the DEVIL!"  :mad:
