Is it normal anxiety or something else?

I'm not sure when it started but i have had more intense versions of this anxiety on acid/weed mix (i think it might be the effects of acid coming back out with the weed)
so heres what happens to me; -heart beat becomes very noticable, if i lean my hair forward infront of me my hair will shake when my heart beats, i can feel the blood pump up through my whole body shaking it. i'm not sure if im just trippin or if my heart beat actuly becomes faster, it seems faster and harder
-i must have HPPd because i always have the fuzzies, and when i smoke weed its like they grow and i see them more clearer, like the little spectles becomes bigger and if i try meditate they becomes little doors my conciousness flows through and i come up with crazy schitzophrenic type dilusions about reality...
it has a very strong affect, i had 2 cones of bush and i had EXTREAM paranoia, i thought a TV show on was somehow a video tape of me from my childhood and that my friend was laughing at me and making fun of me, this made my heart beat faster, my vision would shake with my heart beat and whem my vision shakes it turns red/yewllow (colour of the fuzzies)
btw fuzzies look kinda like tv static, i see it when its dark or i look in shadows....
so wtfs wrong with me, anyone els had anything similar? i just wish i could enjoy weed again without these wierd hallucinations and paranoia

Hmm, how often do you do psychedelics and smoke weed? Maybe you should try going sober for a few weeks and see if there is a change. If not, i would get medical attention, could be underlying mental issues that have been brought up due to the use of psychedelics? I'm no expert though, others may have a different opinion. Peace, hope everything is ok.

normal marijuana induced anxiety. try smoking a bowl and then doing yoga for 30 minutes by yourself to see if you can teach your body to chill out when you smoke. cause it's very easy to get stuck in a negative loop with weed where your body learns a fear response to it

i dont do either of them very often (its been weeks as it is since i have smoked weed)
i smoked up by myself before and the anxiety is definatly less, but theres stilll this uneasynes that goes with the hallucinations
theres no family history of any metal disorders as far as i know..
is it possible that extream tiredness can cause dilusions? i have a suspicious that i have something else wrong with me that makes me always tired and then when i'm high it just gets even worse....

I had a really rough night after dosing some weed orally. It hit me like a ton of bricks. I don't get paranoid, and I know that I wasn't freaking out, causing my heart beat to go faster. It just was - so much so that I was feeling pulses, which were cool until they got faster and louder. I finally realized that they were the same as my heartbeat after about an hour, and were going even faster.
I'm a chill person. Even then I thought everything would be cool but soon my chest did start to hurt. I was having a little more than a beat per second and it lasted for 3 hours. Drinking without choking was a chore as well. I've never been so fucked up.
I also take salvia and have no body load on that, but tons of "fun" (I like being scared out of my mind on sally). So I tend to think that in some people MJ simply does fuck with your heart rate and no matter what you do you aren't going to get it to come down even with meditation. Meditation just made it worse. If yo'ure predisposed to a fast heart rate with weed just eat/smoke less, and you should be fine. I will take this as a lesson to test out edibles in smaller doses from now on.

I agree; I used to smoke all day everyday as much as I could get my hands on. Then I quit for a while. When i started back up I tried to smoke as much as I used to and had some bad anxiety from it. I simply reduced to amount and now it's all good

Whenever i smoke bud on shrooms it gives me lots of anxiety
I have mild HPPD (or whatever anyone wants to call it, i get visual snow, moreso when stoned, floaters all the time, can't read blocks of text easily as whole thing flashes) and whenever i smoke weed it feels psychedellic, but kinda like threshold tripping...so a whole world of anxiety.
As for delusions, the last few times i've tripped by myself i got mad delusions, so took a break from tripping (haven't tripped for 6 months) and then didn't smoke bud for 4 months, now i smoke semi-regularly and there's no increase in HPPD-like symptoms, still haven't got round to tripping but any anxiety around the notion is gone.
IMO a break, eating healthier and exercise will do wonders, this stuff goes with time. Also don't think about it, IME the more i thought about it the more i notice it and the worse it became (another reason to stop smoking, i always got caught up in it when smoking cause its so much more noticeable).
You'll be all good bro
