Thanks, but my music is mostly instrumental. I played some psychedelic ambient trip-hop beats and my buddy who hosts the open mic is an EXCELLENT top-notch sound engineer so the problems of shitty production which plague my releases are eliminated, crystal clear sound.
I'm going to start off with beats and slowly ease in more psychedelic/post-rocky/atmospheric/metaphysical ambient stuff as time goes on. I'm also gonna burn copies of my CD's and hand them out for free and seeing as how nearly all my friends who I told about REALLY want to come by, this should be getting a good reception. My friend already guaranteed that I'm going to be the featured artist/main performance from here on out and he's going to be getting me gigs in the near future, and with him sound tech'ing my stuff I'm really confident and excited about this.
5 loooooong years and now thangs are finally happening with my music!
Plus I have a relatively mini fanbase here (I think?) which I'm grateful for even if only like ~5 actually REALLY dig my music. I also appreciate the constructive criticism, gives me thangs to work on and reminds me to constantly stay on my toes and improve.

I have THIS here post-it note cube:

SO, I was just using a sticky note (because I use them quite often) when I realised that I got to the first white layer!
... This is only crazy because well ... I have had this post-it cube since August!

I'm pretty pumped. I'm reformatting a desktop I bought from my friend fairly recently. It's somewhat old, but it has decent enough specs for what I want.
I'm just going to be using it strictly for music production for right now. Running Ableton, Reason, and some VST's. I'm not gonna bother hooking it up to the internet in hopes that it keeps it from slowing down a little. I'm just going to transfer everything over to it through my external hard drive. I'm looking forward to it, because it runs XP which is compatible with my audio interface. Where as the laptop I've been using runs Vista which isn't compatible. I can still get it to work with it, but it gets out of sync really often and can be a bitch.
Some of my friends went hunting in some cow fields tonight and I'm interested to hear how their adventure went. I probably wont get word till sometime tomorrow though.

That's good man. Sounds like your dedication is paying off. Persistence is key in many things. The skill is obviously there, matched with dedication creates a winning combo. That's cool that you are able to work with such a wide variety of music.
