Making compost

Here's a link to what I plan on doing
http://www.shroomery.org/forums/showflat.php/Number/5341136#5341136
Heres what I have collected so far: 4 5 gallon buckets Hpoo, currently leaching and drying outside 1 bale of wheat straw blood meal and bone meal gypsum Quart of veggie oil
Here's what I plan on getting on top of that: 55 gallon drum for homemade tumbler 2-3 5 gallon buckets of fruit/produce refuse coffee grounds spent brewery grains
My question is this: The bulk of the compost is supposed to be 70/30 straw/poo, and somewhere it says to put the extras in at another 20%. So does that mean 20% of what the bulk is? Like an extra 20%(120%)? Or does it mean to make the extras to make up 20% of the total? Also would there be any value to adding coir?

No answers yet huh? Well I will go ahead and make it the way I planned to(adding the extra 20% mix of extra goodies) and let everyone know how it goes. Once its done I plan on making spawn bags by miking the compost with rye and brown rice and casing with 50/50. I also plan on a future Pan Cambo grow utilizing this compost, but only after I have good success with casing cubes a couple of time and have determined the compost to be a winner.
If anybody has any advice on how to make my compost better I would welcome it. I would also like to know if there is any point in adding coir to the mix or not.

I'd leave the coir out of the compost mix. Add everything else in and you should be fine. the exact measurements shouldn't matter much as long as you have roughly 20-30% verm to help with moisture retention.
The more ingredients for your compost the better! Hit up local restaurants etc and see if they have food scraps even. veggies and fruit both work well!

Verm in the compost? Or when I go to make bags? I have never heard of putting vermiculite in a compost pile/bin.
