Maybe I am the odd one out here but try as I might I cannot think of what I did before I used drugs:
- What did I do to pass the time? Its so natural to smoke weed, K, raving, etc.
- Did I feel any different? Was my vision always so staticy (No - I know this I just don't know what it was like before lol).
What about you guys? Do you remember?

life before drugs was life before age 12 so im going to say that it was as close to perfect as possible because i didnt have to do jack shit.
its still pretty close to perfect though. its more of a continuum of life than a "before and after" thing.

My life was very good before drugs.
I believe the drugs actually slowed me down in life. I have this strange feeling I would be way ahead if I had stayed sober

I was 14 when I first used drugs (DXM) so my life was like I dunno, any other kids? Played a lot of video games, went outside and did shit a lot? Never got into trouble with the cops or in many fights with neighborhood kids but I did a bit of exploring while trying to not get kidnapped and molested during the pedophilia hysteria of the 90s (or was that just my mother?)
Went to HS and found a sack of weed as quickly as I could. Thank god.

I started at around age 11, so I couldn't tell you. My life was pretty fucked up even back then, if anything drugs improved my life by getting me on the right track

Yeah, I think it was the pot and mushrooms that spontaneously caused me to recognize I was wiling my life away in the most boring possible way. Kind of a disturbing realization, but hey, it caused me to find more interesting ways to spend my time.

pffft. who gives up video games after doing drugs.
video games on drugs are so much better.
smoking bud and then playing video games is one thing, but tripping while playing video games is another.
last year when monster hunter 3 got released (on 4/20 ) i bought a quarter oz of some bud and chomped down an eighth of shrooms and vegged out in my room playing that shit all day.
it was soooooooo intense.

I have a lot of friends who feel that way too, but I dunno
My roomie smokes pot like it's opium and he plays MineCraft 24/7. But I smoke pretty lightly because I don't like the feeling I get from being stoned all day every day, all heavy and groggy and dazed.
It was kind of a turning point for me honestly, when I got ripped off a brownie and tried to play Final Fantasy X-2. I just couldn't stop thinking about what a bullshit game it was and what the developers must have been thinking when they were throwing together that pile of crap. It made me really jaded about video games in general. It occurred to me that night that a lot of them are flagrantly designed just to waste your time. My favorite video games are the ones that have a minimum of repetition and a large amount of artistic innovation.

Back when I used to play video games I remember one time getting head while playing Guild Wars drunk and high out of my mind.
Good times :P
