OXFORD — A Miami University student is facing seven drug-related charges after officers responding to a report of burglary found marijuana and ecstasy in the residence, according to an Oxford police report.
Officers were called to the 300 block of West High Street at 2 a.m. April 28 on the report that someone had forced entry through a back window and ransacked the resident’s bedroom, according to the report.
When talking with the resident, the responding officer saw marijuana in plain view on the top of a dresser in the bedroom and asked the resident for consent to search the property, the report states.
Officers found 10 grams of marijuana, drug paraphernalia and ecstasy throughout the residence, according to the report.
Robert Clamage, 23, was charged with aggravated possession of ecstasy, a fifth-degree felony; abuse of harmful intoxicants and possession of Klonopin, first-degree misdemeanors; possession of marijuana, a minor misdemeanor; and two counts of drug paraphernalia, fourth-degree misdemeanors, according to the report.
Clamage was taken to Butler County Jail, according to police.

What the fuck is "aggravated" possession of ecstasy? I mean of all drugs, ecstasy? I could see the possession charge with pcp come along with a term like aggravated but, ecstasy?
Was it because he was pissed when the cops were taking his ecstasy? Shit I'd be pissed off too if some kids came in my place and stole most of my ecstasy and then the cops come in and take the little bit of personal I had stashed away!
Jk seriously wtf is up with that?

Wow...thats messed up. Dumb, but still messed up, guarattee they're not gonna search for the burgler. Something similiar happened to a friend of mine, break in happened in his house, and his dad called the cops. Well his dad gave the cops permission to search the house, without thinking, and they found 3 plants growing in the attic (the dad was aware, he just didnt think). People don't think rationally after a situation where they are victimized, (I know I didn't when my car got stolen, I went all vigilante :P)
I guess that college kid getting high is more of a threat then the burgler
