So due to circumstances beyond my control I can't really grow my shroomies indoors for the time being (most of the summer). Unless you guys know of a REALLY stealth way to fruit 12 PF tek jars and 24 quarts of rye. Anyways, I live in the northern Midwest (near the great lakes) and I'm wondering when it would be ok to put these babies in the ground. the high here is typically 65 to 70 degrees in the spring/summer going more towards 80/90 in the summertime. lows are about 40 to 50 degrees at night in the spring to about 60 to 65 degrees in the summer. Spring brings lots of rain. And we have moderate rainfall during the summer. every now and again we get a few freakish days where it only gets up to 50 during the day or gets down to 35 at night. any and all input is appreciated!

...Arn't the great lakes in the northEAST? (ontario, erie, huron, michigan, superior)
Im pretty sure you meant northeast because thats where i'm from and the temps seem consistant to my area.
Our area is not ideal for cubes but it is certainly possible to have success. wait until mid June and you should be okay.
