Hi everyone I'm new here, but i have lurked for almost a year...
I just got back from the happy herb store, and i forget what i bought, the lady poitend me towards the cactuses and said those are our san pedro, naturaly i picked up the biggest one and took it to the counter, she says ah, thats a "______" it has longer spikes than the san pedro and is stronger (im guessing she meant potency)
So being as high as i was i don't remember what she called it, it looks just about exactly the same as the pictures of san pedros exept it has longer spikes anyone know what it's called so i can look it up?
should i just treat it like it is san pedro? i'm guessing they cant be much differnt...
i'd post a picture but i cant find my camera, if i find it i will
most importantly; wtf did i just buy?

I just ordered my cacti cuttings online. Im not sure about the growth thing. Check shroomerys garden section. But I had my first cactus trip a few days ago.. Was mild, but my point is. Dont eat it raw. I did that and it sucked, Made myself throw half up resulting in a weak trip.. its taste like puke. Make a cactus tea, as I plan on it next time. Also when you eat it, the stomach pain is horrible.

thanks, i was looking at some pictures and it looks like i can just chop it off a few inches up from the base, i have no idea if ill be doing it any time soon, i was planning on making clones and stuff but that takes months so i think ill just make some tea sometime soon and trip alone because there aint enough for my friends...
how long were you peaking? most people say it can last like nine ours but i assume thats mostly just come down and not really tripping

i had a weak trip man. really should have someone with more experience answer. however I had strong visuals at one point after I smoked weed. Mescaline your gonna feel really happy/giddy and have this awesome body buzz. youll get patterns if you trip hard enough but on average or medium doses you will feel very clear and lucid, so mentally the trip should be easy to control. trips can last up to 40 hours.. but I hear 10-16 is average. mine was nine or ten I wanna say.

if you tripped that long anyways. your good. I was talking to neighbors and what not, read this post and you'll get a better idea of how handle able it can be even when tripping for hours. http://www.shroomery.org/forums/showflat.php/Number/14130552#14130552
