Several months to maybe a year, possibly more.
IF it's perfectly clean and you've stored it correctly.

A liquid culture will last a long time, like several years maybe.....assuming that's what you mean by "Mycellium Water".

Myceliated water is commonly called "Grain LC".
It's a liquid inoculant but not a sugar LC.

Not ideal, but plausible.
I'd put some spores away as Plan B if I could.

My point being there are standard methods of preserving cultures.
No need to invent anything, just do it per the tek.

Let me say this: I usually rant about how tap water is perfect for everything.
But for this application, long-term storage of myc fragments, I'd recommend pure distilled water.
And several small syringes as opposed to one big one.
And I'd use syringe caps, not leave the needles on.

And a good stable fridge, if possible.

Don't wipe anything with alcohol to sterilize it, ever.
The needles and are sterile out of the pack, and can be re-sterilized by pressure cooking.
OF COURSE you will be wearing gloves (at least!) while preparing your master cultures.

I'd put each fresh syringe into a separate new baggie, then squeeze out most but not all the air and put them in another bag.
That gives you a contam barrier and some thermal buffering as well to smooth out the temp compared to the refrigerator cycles.

Edit to re-answer original question:
If you do this perfectly, with a nice healthy sample of myc, clean water, and a good refrigerator, it could very well last a long, long time. Many years.
The biggest risk would be you opening things up to get out a sample.

It's an unnecessary risk.
I am going to suggest you handle this in such a way you are not tempted to wipe the caps or the needles.

If you PC the needles, they are sterile right out of the foil, no need for flaming.

Make prints if you can, like you said.
And if possible, store one syringe somewhere else, a friend's house or whatever.
Then you're protected against power outages, drunk roommates, and acts of dog.

if you have black soot i assume your using a lighter?
get an alcohol lamp or a gas torch. the flame is cleaner,
no black soot.

People take unnecessary steps which do nothing but add risk.
Wiping anything with alcohol is not going to sterilize it. Better to just keep it clean in the first place.
Again, you'll have gloves and maybe a mask or glovebox. Why would you need to wipe anything?

I hate to bust in here, but i personally think your theory of wiping down with a sealed alchol wipe a possible contamination to be a bit absurd. The wipes i use are of medical grade, if they are okay be used to wipe wounds, i am pretty sure they are fine to wipe off the black soot from a needle, if it is done within the still air space. I always wipe down my scalpel with one after flaming it. 0% contams.
