There are also instances where you need to make specific statements, in precise ways with carefully selected words. This is what speech aids are for (powerpoint, note cards, teleprompters etc.)

Completely agree, exact wording is crucial in many cases.
I fully believe that Obama could out-talk anybody in this thread, on any issue, IRL. If that's what the thread is about.
