when u cut the cap and make a print it comes out wet well if u were to put the cap in a jar close it over night 24 hours remove cap put lid back on jar get ur sterile water in a syringe poke the hole on the lid retrieve what u need would it work? or dose it have to dehydrate then rehydrate? also when i first get a syringe to start, the spores in it were(seemed like) very light and floated in the water. mine seem very heave and as i tip the syringe to inoculate a jar they all fall quick to the tip of the needle leaving the water empty of floating spores. anybody know whats the deal with that ?

fresh spores make better syringes imo
and no need to let them dry
only dry them if your going to store them

at least thats what kramer says

yep. dispersion agent in the original syringe. aka JetDry. the stuff you use in your dishwasher. it keeps the spores suspended and from clumping. no biggie tho, just shake the syringe up real good between each innoculation, preferably with the cap on. if you use JetDry in future syringes use the blue stuff and only a drop per like 200mls is good. it is inert and won't hurt you or the spores.
