I picked both because I like both for different uses. I've had a few panic attacks triggered by weed but I'm not sure that they wouldn't have happened without the weed, but the THC definitely made them more intense. I don't get that anxious anymore really though so weed usually treats me well.

I asked that second question because the last 2 times i smoked pot i noticed how fast my heart was racing in the first like 20 mintues on the come up that i ended up having horrible anxiety attacks. Wondering how bad other people have had it.

Only happens when I have major anxiety in the first place. I just don't smoke in those scenarios anymore.

I have just gotten uncomfortably high a couple times. To the point where I was questioning if anything was real and everything was just a dream. Fuck I was high that day.

Me? I tend to dwell on things for long periods of time and if its something I'm particularly worried about that I can't get out of my head that's usually when weed sends me into panic mode because the anxiety gets overblown.
Basically if I'm feeling physical symptoms of anxiety, I don't usually smoke weed.

Most definitely Indica over Sativa
Favorite weed: Hindu Kush (been around since about the 1970s in the West) Tasty, not too strong, calms you down instead of riles you up.
Super strong Sativa.. I call that stressweed, not resolvinig it, causing it. Like with peppperheads, it doesnt always have to be a habanero, sometimes some fresh jalapeno is just the ticket. If you have no tolerance, theres no need for superstrong weed.

Sativa > indica for me.
Smoking too much indica just gives me this unpleasant body rush that becomes too intense while i melt into the couch
Smoking too much sativa makes me kill myself laughing and i've had sweet OEV's on some sativa's. but indica would be better if i wanted to smoke everyday. but fuck that shit i love keeping my tolerance low and getting super high. I wish i could get my hands on some durban poison (90-100% sativa :>) I don't really like the 50/50 hybrids but mixing indica and sativa in some bowls is my favorite thing to do

indica without a doubt. indica gives me muscle relaxation, mellows me out.
sativa have given my anxiety before, smoking a lot, and it's not fun. have to go lie down for a few minutes to make it go away. also makes me feel tense in face muscles/jaw, which i hate more than anything.
