Is there any way of getting around growing cubes outdoors without manure?

Sure, you could use coir. Get the 5-kilo block at the garden shop, and a big bag of verm. It probably wouldn't establish a continuing patch, but it sure would go off for a while.

No, not necessarily.

Not impossible, but not as easy as growing cubensis indoors.

alright well just out of curiousity about how many flushes do you think a 1x1 square foot of 6" deep substrate (horse Poop concoction) will get?

with a concoction your intention is to cook substances out of a solid material,
discard what you cooked out and use the liquid.
some teas are made by concoction.

okay so I take it you get more flushes when you grow outdoors. I also read somewhere that the substrate shouldn't be anymore than 6" deep, any deeper is a waste.
I have some colonized grain jars (cubes) that have contams. I've heard that you can make a bed outside and get them to grow. Is there any special way to make use of these contamed jars, such as mixtures and stuff before I place in a bed outside?
Or can I just break it up toss in the hole and cover with dirt and hope to get any kind of yield out of it?
^this is where I was getting at from the beginning ^
If you get a lot more/better yields by growing outdoors then I might try this next!
