Should you mush up the myco bag again?

my friend had a myco bag from sporeworks stall in the colonization part, so he mushed the bag up and reinnoculated and it got very white. he was wondering if maybe he should do it a second time, or is there a point in the process where you shouldnt do it anymore. Hes thinkint he mroe you do it the stronger the mycellium will be

Wrong................

Shaking & mushing is like battering & tearing the myc up. As in giving it an ass kicking.

It is ok to kick it's ass once - around 10 or 15% colonization, to make it colonize faster (because yoiu spread the existing myc out).

After a shaking, it takes a day or 3 for it to HEAL & begin to grow again.

Mushing a bag, or shaking a jar once is plenty.

Anymore & you are just beating it up, for no reason.
