Im a noob to this site but decided to share this experience with everyone. I have been smoking small amounts of DMT with some herb a couple times a week for about a month to further spiritual growth, and was having some great trips, gaining a lot of insight. I usually smoke it in the dark, very quite, and laying down. Last night I took it to far and smoked a little too much, I also had my itunes going on my flatscreen (big mistake). I completely lost touch with reality, time was completely lost, and the loop had a tight grip on me (The music helped to make this loop). There were no aliens or elves, just a exploding scene of a molecule like pattern (blue and orange circles representing the atoms) within a pure white back round, this picture came to me several times during the trip. There where other exploding visual abstract scenes but describing them would be pointless. I was quite worried that I had lost my mind, which I did for about 10 minutes, and was not coming back. That was the longest 10 minutes of my life and I have never experienced a trip of that magnitude before EVER. The mistake I made was having music on which gave me a concept of time, which made me want to get up and open my eyes (not cool), which made me lay back and go with it due to fear....then I would hear the music again and repeat. LOL Also after the monster toke I felt very nauseated (first time from DMT) but refused to get up (good idea). I will definatley smoke DMT again and this experience reaffirmed my thoughts on how it should be used. I learned that if one intends on smoking large amounts of DMT, do it in the dark, in silence, and don't even bother having your eyes open...the best things to see and learn from are inside yourself.
