Too Tired To Dance?!

I know this may be sort of a strange advice seeking thread, but this is something I really want to change! I am clinically depressed/anxious, and medication free except for occasional herbal supplements and constant vitamins. Every time I go to a show, I'm always way too worn out and fatigued to dance. I always feel fatigued by about 4-5 o'clock everyday. I'm not sure why this is, for I eat an extremely healthy diet. I don't exercise as often as I should, but I walk almost 2 miles every day.
A few weeks ago, I was at a Sublime with Rome show, and could barely raise my arms up. I've been considering going to a rave, but with my lack of energy and constant fatigue, I'm not sure how I'll manage. What can I do to fix this?! I've tried Rhodiola Rosea, which is supposedly good for energy, but it didn't help. Also, I steer 100% clear of caffeine.
Thanks in Advance, Shroomery!

workout more and/or run everyday. maybe try improving your diet. learn to breathe with your diaphragm which can increase energy and decrease anxiety http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Diaphragmatic_breathing

hmmm.. no. you couldnt possibly dance to that let alone move much.
A rave was an amazing idea. The vibes at electronic music events are just tremendous. bigger than anything ive ever been too. X pills would also help.. jus saying. specially at a rave. but with me i dont need to be fucked up to dance to EDM. maybe you just need more a beat bro? i love sublime. i love rock. but shit its nothing compared to the edm world when it comes to dancing and getting crazy. if you live in a city. find a rave. i can help you. or go to a massive event. a massive well get you going Crazy as hell.
electric daisy carnival ultra music festival electric zoo electric forest bonaroo monster massive coachella
and just tons of other events out there. depends on where your at.

chronic fatigue syndrome usually isn't easily solved. yes, it is a blanket label for a lot of actual causes, but nevertheless, it really describes all we know about your situation. haha, i doubt going to a rave is going to fix it. but who knows.
what i would do is explore a lot of different treatments and strategies. high protein versus low protein, deep breathing, less sex, more sex, meditation. maybe even hypnosis.
i suspect nutritional imbalances are often implicated in CFS. have you thought about going to the doctor and getting some bloodwork done? I think there are independent clinics that will do bloodwork and nutritional assays as well.

I'll most definitely try and get some blood work done. My therapist said this fatigue is because of my depression, but even the occasional day where I'm not self-loathing, I still feel fatigued.
I'm going to try and change my breathing practices for sure. I have been trying to meditate, but I live in an environment that prohibits me from doing so, and I can't find any groups close to me. I eat a good amount of protein, and try not to go crazy with carbs.
There are raves around where I live, but almost all of them are pure dubstep now. I went to a bassnectar show not too long ago, which was amazing, but I just couldn't move to it. I'm more of a psy/goa trance and house person; but that's scarce around here.

i can't say how you feel but just because your not self-loathing doesn't mean your not depressed though.

how come you can't meditate in your environment? and since you can't you could try walking meditation

that's true, i make excuses too but in reality you can meditate any time, even being held at gunpoint. anyway, why don't you take any medication? perhaps saint john's wort or deprenyl? the wort has few side effects and has been shown clinically effective, moreso than traditional antidepressants and with fewer side effects. but i am not sure if it is a long term solution. deprenyl is healthy and considered a life extending substance with mood boosting properties. it is a long term thing. there are lots of substances with those characteristics. i only suggest these because negative emotions or moods are of course taxing on the body, and if your chemistry is quirky, why not correct it?

Please describe your "extremely healthy diet". Maybe what you think is healthy isn't so much. Diet can have a huge impact on mental health.

I eat high protein, loads of fruits and vegetables, and try to keep the grains/starches low. My family has a history of lactose intolerance, so I'm bound to get that eventually. Therefore, I have more soy and hemp products than dairy. The only meats I eat are turkey, chicken, and occasionally fish. Alright, now that I think of it, my diet isn't extremely healthy, but I feel that it's pretty good.
Walking meditation...I read about that, but never tried it actually. Any sources with more info meditation that any of you had personally gotten success with would be greatly appreciated.
I used St. John's Wort for a good while, it didn't get rid of the depression, but I just really stopped giving a fuck about a lot of things. It was nice at first, but I became too lethargic. I'll look into deprenyl right now though, thanks for the suggestion!

What is your height, weight, build, and body fat %? How many calories do you consume a day? How many grams of carbs(don't include fiber) do you eat a day? How many grams of fat do you eat in a day? Do you ever go into ketosis?
I can't eat most grains/starchy stuff because they give me allergies. I was on a keto diet for a while consuming less than 30grams of carbs a day. It worked great for a long time but I started to feel really lethargic mid-day. I cut fat intake and started eating 3-5 pounds of beans a day and my energy has returned. I'm gonna bulk so I'm keeping the diet, for now anyway. I also really like all the fiber, I shit like a champ now.
Try either upping your carb or fat intake and get more exercise.
