search function

when i do a search by username, it comes up with a "we cannot proceed" and "Search phrase too short. It must be 5 or more characters.". this is apparently because i write nothing in the "words to search for" feild. i often like to search by my own username to compile a list of my recent posts. i've never had a problem in the past with just typing in my username in the "search by username" feild and nothing in the "words to search for" field. it just started doing this today. what gives?

I noticed this problem about a month ago. I just write the username in both fields and it works.

That's kind of odd... I just programmed the length check into it today.

My problem was not with length.. rather that if I only filled the user name field in and not the search field, that it would return no results. There had to be a value in both fields to list posts by username.

What is a part of every post?s text?
A space.

So, you just have to enter a space as searchtext and the user?s name.
