SAME THING WITH THE JAW

Fuck it. It's constant pain, constant cracking. Seems to be getting better since I started using a mouthguard.

Still fucking lame

Fucking lame indeed, and it probably costs an arm and a leg to fix. Stupid fucking jaw. I think I might clench my teeth when I sleep but I'm not sure.

I would recommend going to like walgreens and getting one of these:

Because it's basically your only choice for treatment short of getting a mouthguard that's custom made (couple hundred bucks even with insurance for me) or surgery that most doctors won't even perform because it's iffy and doesn't always help. And whoever you got to is most likely going to recommend you going and buying one of these cheap ones first

The night guard is like 20 bucks or so. You just boil it and bite down on it so it forms to your teeth.

Edit: And of course wear it while you sleep

You get used to it pretty quickly, I hardly notice it anymore

You can also get a mouth guard that's actually designed specifically for your mouth by the dentist.  These tend to be better, they don't feel uncomfortable at all and last longer.  The downside is they aren't cheap.

Yeah I think I said that didn't I?

I don't find the cheap ones to be too uncomfortable either. You kinda just forget about it after awhile

I've had 2 screws on my left knee since the 7th grade.
Other than not being able to kneel or put a crazy amount of force on it it doesn't bother me.

Although i did hear about some guy with screws in his body that got hit by lighting and they said the screws attracted the bolt to him.:uhoh:
He got fucked up bad to say the least.

Well in my defense I'm baked and I skimmed the post and somehow missed that part.  Mainly because I wanted to post the dentist ones are better IMO, the other ones make me choke at night.

The cheap ones always popped out on me, even the ones you're supposed to bite down on to make a semi-custom mold.

I'll tell you, these things are nice when you take a drug that causes you to clench though.
