To buy more Jars, or go with Impulse Sealer + Bags?

So I've got a few projects going
4 quarts of Wood-lovers, and 12 jars of Mazatapecs.
Now I want to expand this, but I would be looking at buying a fuck-ton of jars if I wanna to a 10:1 ratio G2G. Which means a fuck-ton of PCing, which means a fuck-ton of time. Time I don't have...
Considering 12 quart jars cost 13$, I am wondering if it isn't well worth jumping into the Impulse Seal business with Spawn Bags...
I assume this way, the process would be something like this...
1) MS -> Agar (isolate) -> Grain -> Grain -> Grain LC -> Spawn Bags
or something?
If I am to spend 100$+ on jars, the impulse sealer would end up saving me cash sooner than later right?

Well you don't NEED a impulse sealer if you want to do spawn bags and aren't you in for a lot of PC time anyway if your going to do that much grain?

Yeah, I can't avoid the PC... But I can only fit 8-9 quarts in my AA PC, so I can imagine a lot of wasted space that the bags can make up for...
If I was to make 120 jars. that's a lot of rounds... If I can reduce the amount of rounds by 10-20%, it would be worth it...
At any rate, the damage is already done. Bought a sealer on http://uline.ca, and then the bags at mycosupply

Here's the wire I started using to tie my bags shut:
http://www.toolfetch.com/tie-wire-132-18-ss.shtml
It works great -- very strong yet readily twistable wire. I tried ordinary twist ties, but I never got them to make an air-tight seal.

I'm still ghetto I use old style twist ties(the kind with real wire in them)and go over that with a bunch of wraps of the elastic band that you get that holds the broccoli stems together from the grocery store
and to FalseMaria I think your going the best route for getting a lot of spawn going with spawn bags. Ive knocked up 4 five quart bags with a PR LC and there all 95% done and that was four days ago

Don't impulse seal. Use bag clips so you can open and close the bags for g2g and also re-use them.
bags and bag clips at the mad season.

Is it a sugar-based LC? If so, can you make a growlog? I'm curious to see if that spawn goes south on you. You musta used a lot of LC.

Its a ME LC made from a 4th plate isolate on agar. I isolated this particular sub strain PR for its agressive colonization rate( its actually rhyzo up the side of the bags)
I used 10cc's per bag and I guess we'll see if it goes south, but I doubt it Ive had really good results with this particular sub strain so far

10 cc's and the bags almost done in 4 days? Excuse me for being a little skeptical. That's rather impressive.

I know and I wish I could take credit for being a expert but truth is I just got lucky with a awesome sub strain and it was closer to 5 but still pretty fast I have a dozen quart jars i did at the same time with EQ and their only half done
