Tuning in Greenhouse?

I am having trouble tuning in my greenhouse and was hoping someone may have some advice...
I have the 4 tier shelf greenhouse a lot of people have off of ebay. I have a large tray of perlite on the bottom most shelf with a coolmist on top of the perlite. I have cut 3 about 3-4" slits on all sides and also on the top.
My problem is that if I leave the coolmist on 24/7 i have 99% humidity but I have a dew on top of the mycelium in my trays at all times. I bought a timer that will do 15 min increments but if I turn the coolmist off, even for just 5-10 mins, the humidity is down to 85% or so and keeps falling. And the dew never evaporates still.
I do not know how to solve this? Do I need to spend the big bucks on a timer that does 2 minute increments? The humidity in the room the GH is in is about 45%. I have tried turning a fan on in the room but it does not make a difference.

try it like in my sig.
OR
I do like the CM inside the GH, but i used to pipe an ultrasonic in there as well. For a few reasons: It is easy to connect a hose to an US and pipe it into the GH right into the flow of the CM. This produces a mist that will allow you to SEE the air currents from your CM. You can turn the ultrasonic on after you open the GH and watch it fill back up wth fog QUICKLY and restore 99% humidity. Is gives a much higher humidity bump that will allow you to turn it off for an hour and on for 3, or whatever cycle ends up working for you. dont be alarmed about short changes in the humidity level, and GET THAT MOISTURE/DEW OF OF THOSE CASINGS.

Thanks Omnicracker,
So you have your coolmist outside of your greenhouse with the ultrasonic attached to the coolmist? I read the link in your sig. And when piping it in from the outside you do not get the condensation on your trays? I like that set up. I like your pool hose also. Maybe I need to get an ultrasonic. I feel like mine should be working but obviously something is off.
