So I have taken this magical chemical a couple of times now and im just kind of wondering what you guys do to enhance your lsd experiences. How do you make them more spiritual and beneficial to yourself? My first couple trips have been great but im just curious if there is a way to increase the spiritual benefits of the trip
Thanks for your help

The most important factor in trying to have a "spiritual" trip is "intention".
Your intention has a large effect on what happens during a trip. As many psychedelic travelers find out, we have the ability to steer our psychedelic journeys in different directions. I'm not saying that we have complete control, but we do have a lot of control in determining what direction to take our trip.
Here are some tips for establishing "intention": 1. Simply tell yourself that you intend to have a spiritual journey. (this will make it more likely) 2. Create a "sacred space". (decorate the area with special items that mean something to you). 3. Meditate before your trip. (contemplate on what you hope to see) 4. Have a trip sitter- some one who you can trust to keep you safe through your journey). 5. Allow time the next day for reflection.
I hope these tips are helpful to you.

Rituals.
And singing, dancing and doing yoga to control the trip. Def. a must on high doses.

Nice question man! I was actually about to post something similiar to yours! This weekend I was at my first Trance party, first night I had 3 LSD tabs and 5 hours later ate 3 grams of shrooms. It was my best trip ever. Thing is I want to make my psychedelic trips more spiritual , as you said, to make my trips more productive ! So another question I wanna ask should I again take a huge dose like that night ? How have you gained knowledge or insight after your trip? Lastly, any goods links I can follow about using psychedelic trips in your advantage ? Thanks Peace

Thanks for the info guys. Quint 92, 3 hits of acid and then 3 grams of shrooms in the same night would be fucking intense, in a good way of course.

Spend a few hours reading the Bible or your favorite magical book of choice before dropping your LSD. There's a good chance you'll find what you're after.
I read a study about Mexican housemaids working for rich Americans in a sociology book before a trip and during the trip I had the urge to vacuum the house. Motherfucker, it felt like I literally became a Mexican housemaid and experienced everything in that article. It felt like shit and I shed tears of sorrow for that miserable existence. That's real. I think the fact that I was tripping on cactus helped bring about the authenticity of that trip due to geographical similarities.
If I would have started speaking Spanish through the ordeal, I'd take back all the bad things I said about psychedelics. But I didn't, so its still bullshit.

It all depends on yourself. are you spiritual in general in your daily life? If so, spiritual experiences on lsd will only come natural. or any psychedelic for the matter. There is no need to ''enhance'' the lsd itself, let it show you what the trip wants, don't try to control it. Preperation is a good idea tho, but as I said, if you're spiritual, it will come effortlessly.
Have a good voyage

I find that the trip itself isn't as important as the reflection you do in the later weeks. Try to remember all the realizations you make, write them down if you can and see how much of it you can relate to your life, keeping in mind that much of the relation may be metaphorical. I keep a note pad on me when I trip. They make for good reading months later, when you're tripping again. It's kind of like a flashback to a previous state of mind.

I actually thought of that, I have a nice journal that are just lying around , so maybe U should write while tripping , making logged entries and write anything of importance down and after my trip I should read it and see in which way could I use this info maybe?

Absolutely. I often find afterwards that what I've written has poetic value, though nothing truly profound. For example:
Here we are, a perfect drifting sphere, rippling like a deep-sea diver.
I've actually turned a lot of my reflections into haiku. Very intellectually and emotionally stimulating.

I have hours of audio recordings and notes of my trips. They're insane. During one trip I repeated the words, "The joke, the joke, the joke" a few hundred times. Sometimes I just play it randomly and chase my wife around the house for her to hear the ravings of a lunatic. It's actually a big joke, so I guess it really does make sense.
