What ails you currently? What part of your body would you like to cut off and start over again because it's fucking stupid?
Right now I could probably chop off half of my big toe without any pain. I wore a pair of socks with a hole on the end to work (10 hrs), now for like two weeks the left side of my right toe has been numb. It's not affecting me in any way it's just weird. I guess you could say I am comfortably numb
Also, my fuckin' jaw sucks. I have TMJ or some shit, my jaw has clicked and cracked my whole life but for about 4 or 5 months now I haven't been able to open it the whole way. I don't have any insurance until my 90 day probationary period is over so I don't know, fuck it. You know what really bums me out though? Not being able to yawn the whole way. Do you know what that is like? It's fucking terrible. Everyday.

My right thumb.
I chipped of a piece of my thumb joint because of skateboarding spill. The surgeon had to insert a screw in my joint to reattach it and then one year later he had to remove it. Which sucked cause by the then the periosteum had completely covered the screw and he had to scrape of my bone with a fucking screwdriver
Now it feels kinda stiff and I can use it optimally and I want a new thumb

My entire spine sucks. Cracks and pops randomly, compresses my spinal cord, causes shooting pains and random numbness and tingling throughout my whole body. I'm not even 30, and there hasn't been a doctor who can really tell me why.
I also have teh TMJ cracking/popping.

i have a small scar on my dick from when i got circumcised.
i kinda want that removed, but it isnt that big of a deal. its just a minor aesthetic nuisance.
its mildly annoying though because i feel the need to explain it every time i pull out my dick for a girl.

i've never broken a bone, so that's cool.
i do have asthma, but smoke anyway. i occasionally have some joint pain, but never anything chronic or too terribly serious.
i'm pretty sure i broke my dick once. it was real sore on the underside for like 2 months and i was having trouble with functionality. self-diagnostics led me to believe that i ruptured the left corpora cavernosum at the base near the perineum. luckily it has long since healed and full-functionality restored. but i can still feel some noticeable scar tissue under the skin to this day.

My anus... i have really bad hemorrhoids(think walnut). It runs in the family. My uncle had to get some part of it removed-- it's worst then getting ganged raped. Every time you shit it bleeds... there is a lot of pain medication involved. All I have to do is eat healthy and never force poop out to keep from having hemorrhoids, but sometimes I slip up and eat taco bell or something... christ.

20 years of skateboarding, so my knees, ankles, back hip, wrists, and shoulder are fucked. I rolled my ankles so many times, that now if I twist either of them, they don't even swell anymore. I also worked with granite for 3 years which really fucked up my back. Oh yeah, I'm a smoker and a drinker too, so add lungs and liver to the list. I guess, my philosophy is, I got this body for a period of time, so I might as well get the most mileage out of it. Damnit, my jaw clicks like a fucker too.

Fucked up left ankle that was shattered in a 35ft fall and never set properly. The left side of my foot is numb from having a bunch of glass surgically removed from it, and so is the upper left side of my forehead right below the hairline. My right wrist clicks badly and gets sprained from even the slightest amount of pressure at the right angle because I broke and sprained it so many times when I was younger. I'm developing arthritis in my right knee, and I've got a worn down vertebrae in my cervical spine.
Hurray for a youth well lived.

I tore my ACL last month skiing. I get surgery in about 2-3 weeks, but for the mean time it's been limping around in misery and pain. I'm not really looking forward to the surgery either, as that will lay me up for another month followed by a minimum of 6 months (average of 9) physical therapy before I can start skiing and hiking again.
This might be the most physically miserable year for me ever, with 2009 being the most mentally/emotionally miserable. Also the $30,000 average cost for knee reconstruction isn't making me any happier.

I would recommend going to like walgreens and getting one of these:

Because it's basically your only choice for treatment short of getting a mouthguard that's custom made (couple hundred bucks even with insurance for me) or surgery that most doctors won't even perform because it's iffy and doesn't always help. And whoever you got to is most likely going to recommend you going and buying one of these cheap ones first
The night guard is like 20 bucks or so. You just boil it and bite down on it so it forms to your teeth.
Edit: And of course wear it while you sleep
You get used to it pretty quickly, I hardly notice it anymore

You can also get a mouth guard that's actually designed specifically for your mouth by the dentist. These tend to be better, they don't feel uncomfortable at all and last longer. The downside is they aren't cheap.

I've had 2 screws on my left knee since the 7th grade. Other than not being able to kneel or put a crazy amount of force on it it doesn't bother me.
Although i did hear about some guy with screws in his body that got hit by lighting and they said the screws attracted the bolt to him. He got fucked up bad to say the least.
