possible cake infection?

http://imgur.com/TT09g It's been about 3 weeks since i birthed my cakes, and they haven't pinned yet, i've been fanning them out as much as i can and misting them. Does the cake in the picture look like it's infected?
I did some smaller cakes in the same fruiting chamber and they look fine http://imgur.com/rGyKl
am i screwed with the bigger cakes? or is there a chance of mushrooms growing from there? and if so will they be infected or something?
thanks

It looks bluish so it might be just bruising or they're just dry. Have you touched your cakes there/around the bluish area?

Just bruising, your cake looks dry, probably why it is bruised, mist into the air the finest mist you can about a foot above the FC until the exposed parts of your cakes have tiny dew droplets on them and then fan for a minute or two vigorously to evaporate the droplets and trigger pinning. You could also set them in the sun for a few minutes after you spray to help evap the water droplets. Also if they have been in the FC 3 weeks they might need a dunk, sterilize your hands and feel the weight of the cakes, if they feel light like a cork dunk them 12-24 hours with no roll, if they feel heavy with water then you just have to wait
Get the 6500k light source as close to the cakes as possible without heating them up. Light, fresh air, and evaporation are all major pinning triggers.

upload your photos to your gallery here and then post the picture show they show up directly in your post, alot of members wont click externel links.
It too over 30 seconds for that page to load for me, and i dont see any image.
Did you dunk your cakes for 24 hours?? bruising is a sign the cakes are dry, also bruising can be caused by getting your cakes wet, touching.
Also check your fruiting conditions, if your humidity is low they cakes will dry out too quickly and wont fruit. but that shouldnt be the case if you built a shotgun terrarium as per the tek

Dig to the bottom of the middle of your SGFC and make a bare spot with no perlite, if water pools then you have a FAE and RH problem that is easily fixed. If you have excess water at the bottom just tear some paper towels into 2" wide strips and twist the strips into a wick. Look with a flashlight at the bottom and insert the wicks into the holes where the most water is standing, and then put some kind of bowl or container under the wicks to catch the water that will slowly drain out over a few hours.
If your SG has water standing or is packed down too tight then no air can get through the bottom holes. If you dig to the bottom center and there is no pooling water then just fluff up your perlite with a big spoon or a spatula and leave it uneven, this will give the surface hills and valleys giving the top more surface area to evaporate the moisture for better humidity and possibly better FAE. If it is water logged and you fix it like I said it will fix both the RH and the FAE. The bottom holes and having the SGFC raised up off the surface on all four corners is very important for a SGFC, the large space with holes at the top creates a low pressure area that pulls air through the bottom holes and perlite. This creates a natural constant air flow and hydrates the air as it passes through the perlite.
