Phycheldics and the wilderness/off the tourist path

Places to go, though it's so easy to get lost and found in national parks in the states. Then again there are no cell signals out there. SOOOO, staying in an area near neverending hiking and freedom (if you can get back) is there a better place to smoke weed, drink, take lsd, mushrooms, peyote, and experiences, free of society and it's constraints? If you would ever choose to of course, though this is all hypothetical.
But the fear of getting lost, of getting on high platues and heights, of, a summer of a weird culture and wierd settings, amazing places in this area.

I think thats the best/only way to experience psychadelics. It's more of a journey, resulting in more significant and positive experiences when your out in the open wilderness. I would only do it with a friend or two though, in case i got lost. You could die out there if you didn't have service or a map or any food/water.
I'll be on the appalachian trail this summer trippin with my buds, can't wait.

Even being sober in the wilderness, one should be prepared for it. People do die out in these places, whether through accidents, weather, animal attacks, etc. Have a reasonable level of knowledge and outdoor skills and equipment/supplies before venturing out into such places. I'm not trying to put anyone off from doing it, but be smart about it.

My brother has been doing it for awhile and he still gets lost. But fortunately we have always found our way back. Spring hiking and camping get cold quick, and the wind, my god, it can be horrible lately.
I can see why people hire guides back to the native americans around here.
