Breaking your pieces

Just happened to me

Was cleaning it, stuck a paperclip in the bowl, moved it around a bit too hard and it broke a big chunk out of it, no longer hittable, now in the trash
RIP
Anyone got stories of how their carelessness ended up with a broken piece?
Oh well.. still got a vape and a 1 hitter

I'm on what? My 5th bong? No wait, 4th. Probably my 8th pipe.
Usually the bong will tip and hit something and break the neck.
The pipes usually get dropped.
*edit* Actually it IS the 5th bong.

So far I'm on my first pipe. I'm getting a replacement bong though because I broke my first one, and it was acrylic. I don't trust myself enough for a glass one yet.
It was a sad day though. I went through a lot of good times with that bong.

This is why I only buy bubblers, straight shooters, and steamrollers. They don't cost much to replace.

Yeah I've had another pipe broken. My sister gave me the pipe, and ironically enough she is the one who broke it. It sucks but oh well!

I guess It's time to go get a new one, either that or the Ganja Gods want me to vape only.... who knows! Luckily I don't think my vape will break for a long time.

Acrylic bongs don't cost much. I got my replacement for less than $20, and since I no longer have my bed on a loft, I doubt this one will get broken.
My new wooden bong that I make should be pretty durable as well.

I don't know if you want to be smoking through a wooden bong...

The big bong in the case is still in existence, but the downstem is jammed and broken so you can't fit a bowl in it.
These I still have:
New bong, got it on 4/20. This design is a lot different than the ones I usually get, I don't like how it looks necessarily, but I LOVE how it hits and how stable it stands.

Current pipe, not sure how I haven't broken it, it's a few years old now.

“You see this bong?” asks Achaan Chaa, the Thai meditation master. “For me this bong is already broken. I enjoy it; I smoke out of it. It holds my water and weed admirably, sometimes even reflecting the sun in beautiful patterns. If I should tap it, it has a lovely ring to it. But when I put this glass bong on the shelf and the wind knocks it over or my elbow brushes it off the table and it falls to the ground and shatters, I say, ‘Of course.’ When I understand that the glass bong is already broken, every moment with it is precious.”

I had a nice thick spoon in my front shirt pocket (first mistake). Bent over to pick something up off the garage floor... It falls out... And there was glass and resin EVERYWHERE. My mom was in the next room, and I had to clean everything super quick. Sketchy.
I have honestly had more pieces lost or stolen than I have broken.

Why wouldn't I want to be smoking through a wooden bong? I smoke out of my wooden pipe all the time and enjoy that.

I had a bowl I couldn't break, I lost it to the cops. But at least 5 different times I would be getting out of my car after smoking and have the bowl on my lap, having forgotten about it. I would then hear *ding dinga ding ding* and look down to see my bowl perfectly intact but on the pavement.
I wish I still had that bowl
