Eating hair
    #14360030 - 04/27/11 08:35 AM (12 years, 9 months ago)

I love when I am at a food joint and I see a long scragly hair in my mashed potatos. I commonly stir it in and chow down.

You?

Wow.. That's a bit odd.

I don't usually send food back for a strand of hair.  If it's been raised to temperature, all the bacteria is dead already.  But I don't eat it. :wtf:

This thread was moved from Culinary Arts, Gardening and Brewing.

Reason:
Better suited for an off-topic forum.  Not discussing a culinary art, gardening, or brewing.

I just pick it out, its a strand of hair. Its not like its harboring a infestation of small pox, ebola, and herpes. People always act like everything's so fuckin dirty when you got something like 13 million different microorganisms crawling around on every square inch of your skin.

The last time I got a hair in my food it bothered me. It was not so much the hair, as it was the fact it  was attached to scrambled egg that I did not order.
