You may have better luck fnding someone who has knowledge of these things and the time to do what you need and just pay them - I doubt there is a product "on the market" that you can just pick up at Fry's like that.

Try 2600 magazine classified ads. You'll definitely get a response and taken care of there....

Good luck, I could use one myself!

You can make one easily yourself if you do a little reading. That would probably be a good idea because even a pre-loaded solution can be a security risk when used improperly. Reading about these programs and possible attacks mitigates that risk to some degree.

The tails distribution almost fits your needs, but Truecrypt support is scheduled to be phased out in the future due to its restrictive license. For now it might be your best pre-rolled option.

I'm sure Alan will have something to say...

I'd install debian on it, when you install it asks if you want to use the encrypted filesystem.  I always use that option, its pretty good, not much overhead.

Why would you need to buy one, why not do it yourself? If you don't have the knowledge to do it yourself, you probably don't have the knowledge to use it properly. Just do some reading and you'll know how to do it yourself. By the way Ubuntu gives you the option of encrypting the harddrive its installed on so you don't need truecrypt.
