I've gotten that yellow film before on cakes that didn't fruit.  It's bad, it's like mushroom urine or something; really just some type of slime mold.  The funny thing is that it didn't transfer to any of the other cakes.  All I can say is to keep the humidity and FAE up to encourage pinning.  Before you throw the cakes, cut them in half and see if the center had colonized yet.

Cutting them is not gonna kill them? Only one has this problem so far, I'll keep humidity high and see what happens, otherwise the others are doing good.

play the wait and see man, if it takes more than another 4-6 days, lift the cake and see if it's really light... if so just re-dunk, then introduce back into fruiting.

The yellow stuff might be bacteria, try a little bit of hydrogen peroxide. if it bubbles up (like on a cut) then spray that cake (and that cake only) with the hydrogen peroxide, mist with regular water 10 mins later and fan VERY WELL! Tomorrow do the same and your bacteria should be gone. Just mist and fan like normal afterwords.

Sounds like you birthed too early.

This is why I advocate waiting for pins before birthing BRF. 100% + 7 days is an ok minimum, but I've had MUCH better results since I started waiting for pins, and read so many "these cakes won't pin and my conditions are perfect" threads from others.
A few more days in the safe clean jar = instant action after the dunk&roll.

The yellow is most likely bacteria. The h2o2 advise above is golden. It also clears up cobweb if you get it later on.

Cutting them is not ideal, but two half-cakes will fruit just fine as long as nothing else is wrong.
If there is still plain brf inside, or the center is not solid mycelium... there you go: early birthing.
If it's a solid white mass all the way through, re-dunk and check your FC conditions. Since you've got shrooms going on others, your conditions can't be THAT far off... Hm.

Really sounds like premature ejacu-birthing.

Thanks for all the help, this was my first time growing so I might have birthed them too early, but I tried to wait till the whole jar was white then waited another 10 days but u may be right, maybe I just had to wait longer. I'll do the hydrogen peroxide test and see of it bubbles then possibly spray the whole thing.

Looks like they need more FAE some of the stypes are skinny and twisted, I would dig to the bottom middle of the SGFC and make sure there isn't water pooling. SGFC is designed for the larger open area on top to produce a negative pressure area and draw fresh humid air through the bottom holes under the perlite.

If your perlite is water logged or packed down too tight it blocks those bottom holes. An easy way to remedy this is to first check by removing cakes and digging to see if water pools in the bottom of the FC, if it doesn't just fluff up the perlite, if water does pool you can use rolled up pieces of paper towel or pieces of string to stick into the bottom holes after you fix the bare spot. Stick a wick in all the lowest lying bottom holes and place something under them to catch the water. In a few hours your bottom holes will be unblocked and the water will have drained down the wicks. Much easier than scooping and re draining trust me. Or if you have extra perlite you could just add some dry to the pooling water and mix till it stops pooling.

Get the 6500k CFL as close to it as you can without raising the temp. Light and FAE are two major pinning triggers, also don't keep them wet, let them dry a bit before finely misting a foot or two over the FC till there are small dew drops. Evaporation from the surface is also a major pinning trigger.

fresh air exchange = FAE
