"The alcoholic content is sometimes increased by adding substances like jet fuel, embalming fluid or battery acid, which has the effect of giving the beverage more 'kick'.[1][3]"
"Drinkers have suffered blindness or death due to methanol poisoning."
"In Nairobi slums like Korogocho, the water used to make the drink is often contaminated with feces, and women's underwear along with decomposing dead rats have been found in the drink during police raids."

If I ever feel like killing myself quickly I'm jumping in front of an amtrak train not drinking that shit.

So, if I understand correctly, you plan on drinking high proof alcohol. Try some everclear.

Yeah and soak it in cactus powder for an extra kick. You'll love it and never go back to that black magic Resident Evil 5 witch's brew.
-------------------- Don't PM me with bullshit. I don't sell or trade cactus and I don't know where you can get any, other than your mother's ass.

hahaha, yeah man i know changaa well... i live in kenya and its brewed all over the place, i know for a fact that they use battery acid to make it and it is indeed highly dangerous. a headline in a kenyan newspaper read: "4 Changaa drinkers wake up dead"
i dont know how it is possible to wake up dead. but anyway. i haved tried the stuff. i was paddling down a river and on an island in the middle were about 10 WASTED semi naked rural kenyans smoking bushweed and drinking this shit. they convinced me to try it. only took one sip, i found it easier to drink than vodka, i didnt drink enough to get hammered, which is a good thing i guess as i wouldnt want to wake up dead y'know.
ive heard it varies from the toxic sludge that is brewed in slums to 'safer' changaa that is brewed from maize meal.
