IT'S OVER 9000!! (MDPV OD followup)

Well not 9000 but close enough
Just returned from a cardiology checkup that included a stationary bike workout under constant electrocardiogram - a follow up 3 weeks after my MDPV overdose to see if cardiac damage was done.
Basically they put you on a stationary bike with your chest and back full of suction cups feeding the ECG, blood pressure cuff on your right arm and there you go.
You're supposed to cycle at 60-65 RPM (a bit slow) and every minute they add more resistance, taking you up in 20 watt output increments every minute until you are spent or 400 watt is reached, then a few minutes of cooling down cycling and presto.
I asked optimistically if it was until exhaustion or whether you could win it She said 220 watt output was the norm for my age group but "thats not going to happen given your heart disease and obesity, I'm fine with everything over 160 "
So I rode that thing. 340, she got nervous firing questions like "how do you feel now? do you have chest pain?" after 240. 340 ^_^
Took the graph to the cardiologist, he analyzes and tells me theres really no need for scheduled checkups given what my heart was doing and how far I took it. Apparently, clean as a whistle \
Right after he analyzed it he looked at me just like this and asked:
Quote:
You arent by any chance on any stimulants RIGHT NOW are you? Because the only abnormality I see here is you going 340.
Nope, havent touched a major drug since the OD 3 weeks ago and the MXE 2 weeks ago to affect a safe Near Death Experience for psychological closure. In fact the only thing I did use was some daily weed and a benzo here and there, stuff that if anything would impair performance.
340 out of 400 possible
Last Stanozolol was 2mg daily for 2.5 weeks in the spring of 2010, in case anyone wonders.
Not just was 300mg MDPV survived, there seem to be ZERO cardiac complications.

crazy as it sounds, my mom was having a chest pain and decided to see the doctards, she went in and they said they suspect she may have had a mild heart attack so they sent her to a specialist for testing, they scheduled the test and the day she was supposed to take it she did what she's advised all her kids to do, read everything before you sign it
she was in the waiting room filling out the paperwork and read the waiver, it turns out that they were going to give her a drug that was going to cause her heart to stretch/swell/balloon, they referred to it as a stress test, while reading the possible side effect it seems that heart attack, and death were among the dozens of serious side effects of the drug, she declined taking the test
the doctard came out, asked why and she asked the tard "have you ever blown up a balloon? have you ever blown one up several times? what happens?"
the doc asked what she was getting at as opposed to answering he question and she replied "you want to give me something that will cause my heart to blow up, that could kill me and will definitely cause a weakening of my heart, you call this a stress test and I was plenty stressed just reading the list of side effects, had you wanted to put me on a treadmill I'd be taking this test but it appears you want to put me on the critical list and actually give me a heart attack. I'll pass"
the doctard told her they dont do the physical exertion tests on women

Wiccan I am so happy to hear about your good news! Even though I know this whole ordeal wasn't even your fault... your thread reminds me that even the most experienced people can not avoid the dangers of drug use. I too almost died recently, despite my extensive knowledge of the chemical I was ingesting. Just a word of advice to the people reading this... As safe as you are with your use with drugs, and as safe as many of these chemicals may be, you can still be blind-sided by them. So be careful

What happened when you overdosed? I had about 15-20mg of mdvp last night, the only effect it gave my was a heart rate over 120bpm for about 4 hours before I took a sleeping pill and slept it off. The heart beat also seemed to be fibrillating so Im a little worried.
Today I've been getting mild chest pain / discomfort and little stabbing pain in my left arm. Worth getting checked out? Or is this normal for mdpv.. I'm considering binning the stuff now

Might as well get it checked out. Sounds like my experience (only my heart rate was at 130/140). I did notice the discomfort for a few days after but nothing came of it. Throw that shit away

My normal heart beat is 60/min.

I checked my heart rate 4 hours after i took it. was at 100. I took my friends. he was at 120! this was 5 hours later. not sure how much is in the capsule but yea...

Yeah. My normal heart rate is resting 60-75. Stims make it rest around 110. :feelsracingman:
I am a little too conscious of my heart rate

Blood test / ECG / chest xray - All checked out ok.
They put the official cause as musculoskeletal :\

Yeah I think its actually psychological. Because while I didn't get any actual tests done I talked to my doctor and he asked me some questions and then said it wasn't heart issues. He said "probably your muscle".
