My first lucid dream

Finally happened
I get sleep paralysis on falling asleep every night - its kind of commonplace now. Anyways I have been keeping a dream journal and really trying to be aware and notice stuff when awake. And last night as I was paralyzed I was able to free myself (still not sure how I did it lol) and I suddenly realized I was in this crazy dream. I don't remember much of it - I tried to write down everything I could when I woke up but I was half asleep and kind of just scrawled some notes. I also don't remember how it ended or why - I know I was crawling down a rail road track.
I had K Holed earlier last night and is it just me or is there some CRAZY similarities between dreaming and the K Hole?

How would you know the difference between that dream world and the real world? Haha nice. It surprises me that so many people actually want to have lucid dreams. I actually went through a period where I had trouble sleeping and then for a month or two after that I would lucid dream almost every night, it became worse every time it happened because I would think about it even more. I remember when I was dreaming and that moment came where I realised I was dreaming I would just think 'fuck'
I remember getting sleep paralysis a couple of times too which scared the shit out of me, I woke up and felt like everything was shaking which seems to be fairly common according to what I have read.
Anyway, it made trying to sleep troublesome for me, but I guess if you desire it then good for you haha

Sleep paralysis used to frighten the fuck out of me. But it happened more and more and finally I was like fuck it its not gonna hurt me, I might as well make the best of it. And then I started trying projection and stuff and it got a little more fun :P
My girl has lucid dreams ALL the time, but she hates them.
