that should do it. just dont mist the primordia directly.
also, idk if theres a limit on time misted/fanned. when i did cakes i only misted and fanned a couple times a day and i did alright. i cant remember if theres a limit or if it even matters when it comes to how often you mist/fan.
make some monotubs next time

one light is fine. they're not plants.
One day you might notice that a shotgun fruiting chamber works alot better when it is full, but for now your cakes are looking pretty good.
As far as misting and fanning, if you are in doubt only fan it out. Skipping a misting wont hurt them really, but you can fan probably every hour and benefit them. Too much water isn't a good thing. I shoot for 5 mist/fans a day in the shotgun.

Yup, the more substrate you have in your tub, the more gets contributed to humidifying as moisture evaporates from your substrate.
Too much water is correct, water logged substrates perform poorly. its important for the substrate too loose moisture (evaporation of moisture from substrate is a pinning trigger)
which you then replace a little from misting.
If the dry verm layer is still moist, then a few sprays above the terrarium is fine. but if the verm the cake is rolled in is dry, it can be misted to moisten it.
