oyster bucket 2nd Flush ?

I just picked my first flush out of my oyster bucket do i dunk it now and let water drain or anything or just let it sit til next flush comes?

You shouldnt have to dunk if it still feels like it has water weight.  I never dunk my oyster logs and ill get 5 flushes before caput.

great, and is there can u tell me when to pick them,  and off i a 2.5 gallon bucket I got about 1.3 pounds is this about normal or under what i should of got?

Pick right before cap margins flip up (about 3-5 days of fruiting).  Yeah thats about normal yield for that much straw.

sorry,,, margins does this mean the edges?  I Seen  the caps on top started to get a wavy like ripple texture so i picked them..
