Hello I am new to growing and I am on my first one. I ordered a golden teacher Syringe and I got a Puerto rican for free I bought what i thought was 2 cases of half pint jars but I mistakenly bought 4oz jars instead. I had already opened and used one of the cases before realizing this. 6 GT and 6 PR. Im pretty sure I got the mixture right but when they are ready I want to case them how do I go about that with the 4oz jars? Also I want to be able to get the maximum ammount possible thank you

If you are talking about brown rice flour PF style jars, they will atleast colonize quick, but you can case them in a tray, it will take more of them to do the job but you can crumble and case with no problem, just keep them fanned and misted.

has everyone changed there minds on crumbling and casing cakes since ive been away???
i always thought it was a waste of time, and after reading so many saying it, i tried it myself. and came to the same conclusion. Yeilds were the same, except it just took longer.
Personaly i couldnt believe i waited to song to try hpoo, now that was working breaking up cakes for.
But anyway, if this is your first grow, i wouldnt crumble but isntead just fruit them as cakes. The smaller cakes wont put out a flush like a 1/2 pint but they will still fruit. The mushrooms will be smaller, Infact i remember seing a few grows with 1/4 pint cakes and they done pretty well.
