Hum, whats the purpose? Is everyone doing it equally free of racist stereotypes? Your harmless fun may fuel anothers racial delusion, and yet anothers offense.

I'm looking and wondering if the kid is actually saying what the caption says.

Are you questioning the purpose of humor? You might as well inquire about the purpose of laughing, it'll be just as fruitful.
No one is being racist here. Let's stop this bullshit now before debate ruins a joke.

The last one was probably thinking, "well shit, my siblings are dead, I might as well follow suit."

I worked at a waterpark one summer and noticed this. It has nothing to do with being poor or no pools in the getto Plenty of them would show up every day, but they would all stay in the shallow end. Little black kids that wander to close to the deep end, get that ass tore up by momma.
I think it has more to do with staying alive in the african wilderness than the typical "all black people are poor" excuse.

except most blacks in america are far removed from the african wilderness and many blacks in africa can in fact swim quite well

I'd like to go over it in a speedboat and then jump out and parachute to safety.
