That's way more expensive than what I did.
I went to FedEx's website and ordered a huge box of tyvek envelopes. They're completely free.

In Canada, you can also go to a FedEx location and ask for the water resistant "Express Paks". Also, if you cruise around a job site for new home construction, and if the buildings are done being framed and are being wrapped there will be Tyvek "Housewrap" scraps and material around and in the large scrap bins/contractors dumpsters. It always gets blown around, and there are always scraps that are okay to take from the dumpsters.
I'm a shipper/receiver as part of my duties, and just ordered a whack of the Fed Ex Paks. They got their the next morning, for free, as FedEx gives some supplies for free to registered accounts.

Go to your postal service's website and search for tyvek envelopes. I don't know about canada's postal service but USPS has them for free

Check EvilMushroom666's Canady Supply sticky thread at the top of the page and ask where your fellow Canadians are sourcing their tyvek. Other than that' I'd check ebay or pm EM666 over the subject.
Source medical grade tyvek over any other grade of tyvek available if you can. Medical grade tyvek can withstand the intense heat of the PC over and over again for years. Envelop tyvek, I'm not a fan of and painter's tyvek'll have to be replaced every other time through the PC so it's not prescribed to adhere painter's tyvek to lids permanently.

I don't remember exactly how many there were, but there were a lot.
You have to sign up at UPS to find the labels, it takes a little bit of reading and filling out forms before you can order them.

If you're able to spend the money get hospital or lab grade tyvek. You can go to duponts website and order different kinds. Im using duponts isoclean tyvek with great success but i think the best is the microclean. They are thicker with a 3 micron filter i believe.i might have some extra isoclean in a week id be willing to trade for a good deal if you have a good trade rating
I looked it up and for the boot covers you have to buy 100 and thats$400. Didnt realize it was that much. Thats 4$ a boot.
But i can trade just a couple if anyones interested. I am generous. I might have to post in the marketplace. Hmm
