Just ordered some B+ First time grow

Ok heres the deal... I've been planning on growing for a few years now and researching a lot and I've read thru a lot of info, but retained very little over the years. Ordered 3 10ml syringes of B+ today, heard that's the best for beginners. I plan on colonizing on BRF/Ver. I then want to spawn to bulk, I was thinking coir, maybe manure which ever is better. I plan on using a Monotub style FC. Here are my questions. Should I make cakes then break them up when I spawn them to my bulk or should I colonize larger jars and shake them up periodically while colonizing them? Should I use manure or Coir? And finally when I spawn to the bulk substrate in the monotub fruiting chainber, do I maintain colonizing conditions i.e no light, no fresh air, around 80 degrees till it is all colonized or do I put them in fruiting conditions i.e 12on 12off light with fresh air around 70 to 75 degrees? Also feel free to correct me on my colonizing and fruiting conditions.
-------------------- I'm no pro, nor do I claim to be. But I have had some success. If I post any info or advice, it's what I've witnessed and learned first hand. Never just something that I read and regurgitated in order to sound like a know it all! What worked for me, may not work for you. And now you cant say I didn't warn you!

After you spawn to coir/ verm. Incubate for another 1-2 weeks then fruit.

Incubate, but at room temperature. Don't worry about dropping the temp, it's not as important as FAE.

so incubate in the chainber with FAE or leave the tape on the holes?

At the moment I'm mostly concerned with knocking up the BRF/Ver do I make cakes then crumble them into my bulk spawn or keep them loose by shaking them like WBS for bulk?

Incubation should take place with some gas exchange, but you should not give your colonizing sub any FAE.

You do not shake BRF jars. Crumble them when it's time to spawn it into your bulk sub.

OK for one you are either a or really are lost on this whole thing. You should choose a method and stick to it. do not try to incorporate two different type of growing styles..i.e. PF style with bulk growing. You are asking for an epic fail. You should do only the PF Tek a few times and see if this hobby is even for you. most are not patient enough for it.

It's perfectly alright if he wants to spawn his jars to bulk. It's one extra step that can be made to greatly increase yields. If he can do it cleanly and carefully enough he can have great results.
That said, I would recommend that you use rye instead of BRF if you want to grow bulk, but you need a pressure cooker for that, so whatever...

I understand that this requires time patience and common sense. The standard PF tek doesn't produce the yield that I need to justify my efforts. It's more like a fail safe "Mushroom Growing For Dummies" guide. I'm trying to increase my yield with minimal increased effort. Don't get me wrong, I've printed it up and read it cover to cover many times. Like I said earlier I've been reading up on this stuff for a few years and I'm pretty sure this hobby is for me. The monotub seems like the best and easiest fruiting chamber, but it also seems to require bulk and not PF Tek cakes that's why I'm "combining two methods". I believe with some common sense and a little advice from the experts I can have success with my plan. Not trying to come off hard headed but I am looking for helpful advice that can with assist what I plan on doing. If I felt like the PF Tek was what I wanted to do I wouldn't have to ask anything it's a pretty clear Tek.

Pressure Cooker is F ed up, otherwise I'd be using WBS

The plot thickens. If you want to do an easy bulk, you can use the pf cakes, use coir. hydrate ith boiling water. then mix in your cakes with your coir and a little bit of gypsum, I would also reccomend the TC strain. have fun.

Well thank you all for the advice and critisim, as you can see in the pic below I have had some success. I still have much to learn but I cant tell you how motivating it is to see the "fruits" of my labor!
