that sounds like an excuse to eat little snacks all day like a fatty! What you should really do is wait till your stomach rumbles, then eat and leave a little bit of room in your tummy!

*edumacation mode off*

if you want to lose fat drink lots of water and take vitamins it works as long as your stomach is full you can fake out the hunger desire plus you need the water to actually burn the fat besides most people are pretty dehydrated so the worst thing would be like buttered popcorn with salt for instance or maybe nacho cheese doritos. i would say i have attained food siddhi things like fresh caught trout and fresh veggies over an open fire well it doesnt get much better than that

drink lots of water... as your stomach is full you can fake out the hunger desire

Except that the hunger drive is triggered as much by hypoglycemia as an empty stomach. Not to mention that a lot of water on an empty stomach can cause an electrolyte imbalance (called water poisoning) which can be fatal.

Republican Values:

1) You can't get married to your spouse who is the same sex as you.
2) You can't have an abortion no matter how much you don't want a child.
3) You can't have a certain plant in your possession or you'll get locked up with a rapist and a murderer.

4) We need a smaller, less-intrusive government.
