i've been seeing the video of that guy from numerous sources recently. Mind blowing stuff. And, somewhat unsurprisingly i guess, I've been rediscovering the vital force as an object of improvement. For the longest time I though I just physically wasn't able to do those deep belly breaths, but I've been trying it again, and it's fucking great, reminds me of the first few times i meditated.

That is good that you are rediscovering, I am happy to hear you are making progress, which is the best one can hope for

Charles Luk (Lu Kwan Yu) wrote a good book on the inner alchemy. If you combine the static system of Indian Yoga plus the fluidic system of Taoist Yoga, you get the Vajrayana Buddhist Yoga which draws on both (and which was geographically between India and China). So, I'd add Foundations of Tibetan Mysticism by Lama Anagarika Govinda. Also, Richard Wilhelm's The Secret of the Golden Flower.
