all my own mushrooms I've grown have a sort of white fuzzy layer because the humidity was too high and the mycelium grew up the stem. Sometimes even on the top of the cap. I would personally not worry at all. Is the fuzz more around the base of the mushroom stem than the top? Are the mushrooms nice and dry? Cause if they're dry then nothing has been growing on them, they are preserved and not rotting, and the base of the stem having more fuzz makes it more likely that it's just mycelium. Yea, scarf 'em down man, but make a point of growing your own next so you never have this anxiety again (just a suggestion).
