Help!! Is this contam on my BRF cake? Are these aborts?

I have 20 cakes fruiting. 2 have healthy looking mushies growing, and a few have pins. A few have nothing. Today I was checking them out and noticed a few of the cakes have what looks like a green tinge to them. It could be blue, i'm not sure. Also, I think the one cake has nothing but aborts. Help me Obi one..... What should I do?

in the 2nd and 3rd pic i see what you might think is mean green (contamination). i think its just bruising.
it doesnt look like anything to be worried about right now. if the shrooms dont grow in a day or two, they are likely aborts. just leave them till you harvest. should be fine.
post some better pics of the contam, if possible. if it gets GREEN in the next day or two, id throw it out after harvest or cut that mofo off.

There is definitely a greenish/blue tinge to a couple of the cakes. Look at the top left corner. PLus most of my pins have turned out to be aborts. I have 8 PE cakes that just wont fruit too. What am I doing wrong? All of my conditions are fairly spot on.

Are you fanning enough? The lids beneath look soaking wet under them. What is your specifics, misting/fanning schedule?

just stop worrying and keep the RH and FAE up. let it chill and do its things.
they tend to stay that size for a bit before popping off. if the GREEN gets worse its contam. blue usually happens from touching/bruising.
just chill and see how it plays out. ive never done cakes before. i got impatient with mine and crumbled them into tubs lol.

I am misting 3 times a day and fanning 7 to 10. The humidity is between 90 and 95. the temps are between 68 and 71. They get 12 hours indirect sunlight.

My diagnosis: Paranoia lol I don't see anything And if you're doing twenty cakes the aborts are most likely due to lack of 02!

how are you misting them? 7-10 times fanning seems a lot, doesn't it? also, the above poster is probably right, they look fine. give them lovin and good vibes, they'll pull through. you could place a fan in the same space and point it away from the chamber to add more oxygen to it and fan ~5 times a day, mist the same but don't drench. are you misting or spraying with water?

7-10 times a day fanning is not alot. You can fan as much as you want..... Just make sure your RH stays up and you wont have problems with a fanning schedule like that.

That is slight bruising. Learn that color.
A little bit of bruising like yours is nothing to worry about. Severe bruising is bad, and an indication of mistakes. Rough handling, large water-drops hitting the cakes or drying/overheating are the most common causes of bruising. It happens often after dunks too.
Aerial mycelium and mutant blobs almost always get a tad blue here and there. Your cakes look like you birthed a bit early and maybe too much misting and not enough FAE early on?
Keep an eye out and make sure it does not get any worse or bigger. If it does, you conditions are off.
It's nothing to worry about, I've had cakes bruise up after dunks and still crank out...
Fan a tad less and calm down...
Those are good looking shrooms going, so you are on the right path!

You can never fan too much the problem starts when you fan a lot but don't keep up the humidity

If you are misting directly to the cakes then you will get bruising, which is what it looks like to me. Treat them like babies and if you think that blue is bad, wait untill you do your 2nd dunk & roll. Then you will no the color. Good Luck
