Issues with WBS bags colonizing...

I knocked up about 6 filter patch bags w/3qts WBS each. I primarily followed MM's tek for WBS spawn Now, 3 gallons made way too much water and i had to use two pots to heat it all up. I added diff amounts of the additives (coffee, gypsum, hydrated lime) to each pot, thinking it would all mix together in the end, but I ended up only needing about 2 gallons... I figured no big deal, drained for 12hrs, and loaded the bags, PC'd, and knocked them up 24hrs later with my viable LC. After 5 days of sitting at 78 degrees in darkness (where 3 bags from a diff batch, same LC, are colonizing beautifully), there is not a single sign of myc or contam.
Should I wait to see if it pans out or should I assume I messed up the soak of the WBS and toss them?

If you have any pics of the bags that would help out. If the wbs isnt sticking together and you dont have a lot of poped grains then let it pan out. If you have a lot of mush due to poped grains, sticky/clumped grains, see brown slim, or smells funky, chuck it. If not, see what happens

I probably souldhave just said this in the first place because let's face it...If I dont see growth I let it sit for a while holding out hope too Sometimes it works and others not so much but if you can afford to let it sit around and you dont need the resources that are tied up then you might as well let'em chill for a bit

They look just like my other bags from the first batch, no mush or anything funky. Just...no signs of colonization at all. I'll keep an eye on them, my new filter bags shouldnt arrive for another 5 days or so. Thanks guys!
