is it still alright to eat psychedelic mushrooms them if they have turned blue?      thanks

Drugs may be the road to nowhere, but at least they're the scenic route.

Yes, bluing is just oxidation of the psilocybin/psilocin. Blue fruits are fine, as long as they're not actually green.

I have green cyanescens and stuntziis posted in my images and they are also okay to consume. The blue oxidation and the straw-yellow color of the shroom inits hygrophanous stage is that blue and yellow make green.

Here is one P. cyanescens staining green already naturally in the muclh,.

a few large Bluer Baeocystis shrooms

and a blue ringer witrh much bluing in them.

Remember that blue and yellow make green. Straw-yellow is trhe dried color of many Psilocybe shrooms.

White fuzz is cool.. just mycelium. As long as the mushroom is dry and not wet and moldy, then the dry white fuzz is just mycelium growing up the stem and maybe even on the cap because the humidity in the grow environment was too high.
