Understood. But I had a plan of action, that if they didn't have any hallucinogenic effect, which they did (I knew this since I've taken psilocybin mushrooms before), I would immediately call 911. Biggest risk I've ever taken in my life, one I'll never take again. Lesson learned.
Now that you all know the story of the dumbest thing I've ever done, I'd like to thank you for your time. Btw, I would just grow my own that I am certain are not going to kill me, but 1. Spores are illegal in georgia, 2. no cash. Doing volunteer work at the moment. It's looking like I may have to get a paying job if I really want to get into this.
Bobzimmer: My spore print didn't work. And I'm still a little anxious as to how to correctly go about it. But I'll give it a shot. I will admit, after seeing pics of galerina marginata, I almost shit myself.

Everyone in Georgia (except for those lucky few who hide better than shadows) has that plight.
It takes several hours for one to clearly develop. I'd recommend you put them where they are safe from any unwary mouths, preferably under lock and key if possible.
Here's a Conocybe print after like four hours. Also sometimes, the caps don't drop spores I guess there are sterile ones every once in a while.

just my guesses.

peace and love bloodworm
The first one doesn't seem to have black/gray mottled gills like most Panaeolus do. The stem breaks like a Psathyrella or Bolbitius stem.
The umbilicate cap shape and non-striate margin seems wrong for Mycena inclinata. I'm not sure what it is.

Check out the link in my previous post on how to make a spore print.
I duobt those mushrooms are active. Even if they were (they're not) as has been stated already, you wouldn't feel any effects from just one.

My mushrooms are falling apart, this is the best I can do as far as pics go:

This one shows the original coloring alot better than the first one. These are both #1. I'm using my iPhone camera since I don't have a better one.
The stems aren't exactly brittle. It's hard to describe. They're somewhat firm and fibrous, but not super solid. At this point they're all soggy anyway.

Also, the gill color of #1 is pretty much identical to the cap color, just a tiny bit darker, and less ruddy, more gray. That first pic of the gills really does suck, as far as colors go.

Bobzimmer: It's been about 3 years since I had taken mushrooms, and I am not a regular drug user (only on weekends). So my tolerance levels are way low. That and I've always been extremely sensitive to drugs. SO it's not really surprising to me that one mushroom had me feeling different (yet familiar!).

I'm thinking #1 is panaeolus cinctulus.... It matches up with everything I'm reading about that species. Thoughts?

Definitely not that or any other psychoactive species.

Did he post this question in another forum or thread? I think I'm missing something here.

Hell, OP should have linked to these. They are far better pics. And thanks for the clarification.

So... Was it a placebo effect or something?
And yes, those are the ones I ate (those aren't the only ones of that type that I found, there were quite a few more identical ones). And they definitely had an effect. That much I know for sure. I apologize for not posting a link to the thread.
Bob: I trust what you're saying, since you're the only trusted identifier in this thread, but I know what I experienced. Can we please just work from there? Thanks
I'm also pretty sure the #1 in this thread is a mature version of the ones from my thread from 2 days ago.

Yes. I believe it was placebo effect. I'm not getting on your case. I think how we should "work from here" by getting better pics and some spore prints of the species in question.
Pics that are in focus, of fresh specimens, of the top and bottom...showing somewhat "true" colors.

That will have to wait until I find more fresh mushrooms (most likely tomorrow, I've found some each of the past 3 days, and since it rained last night there should be more popping up), and I doubt a placebo effect could have me laughing as hysterically and feeling as mellow as I was the other night. But I feel like I'm being stubborn at this point and that my life could very well be in danger, although I am not vomiting blood or feeling horrible cramps. Yet.

Okay, I did a quick midnight shroom hunt and found this fine specimen... Seems to be a younger #1, same location. Conducting a spore print test as well.

(It seems like the younger the mushroom, the less brown the gills are, while still retaining the grayness)

Btw, Erowid's description for a threshold dose of psilocybin describes what I experienced after eating some of these a couple of days ago very well... And it's most likely my excitement which causes me to rush in providing pictures, and haste makes waste.
"Slight cold feeling, mild gas or nausea, feelings of nervousness, slight pupil dilation, mild visual changes including lights seeming brighter, lights having a "starry" look, and noticing movement at the periphery of vision, giddiness, feeling more emotionally sensitive, and other light effects related to a change in neurochemistry."

Those mushrooms do not contain psilocybin. :/
