 My first time ever tripping on shrooms...

1/2 a chocolate disk eaten at approx. 2108 on 12APR2011.
It is now 2132 and I am still awaiting the effects.
2147, starting to feel a little lightheaded and "sway-y"
2210, not quite feeling anything just yet. Considering taking the rest of the chocolate disk if effects don't kick in by 2300.
2220 and I am starting to really feel it kicking in.... my body is moving around quite effortlessly, if you know what I mean. every little swaying movement is huge but I feel like I'm not putting in that much effort into it, you know? also, my chest is starting to feel "heavy" or something like that; can't quite describe the feeling but I suppose that comes closest.
2230 putting on Shaman Drum by Dave&Steve Gordon and burning Nag Champa incense; turning out the lights and staring up at my ceiling.
2234 starting to see spiral-y CEVs and feeling even more loosened up physically, feeling very blobby
2236 paused the Shaman Drum; not watching a Metamorphosis video on YouTube
2244 video is over, now I'm going through other videos.....it is extremely hard for me to type this right now as i keep wanting to laugh.... and i keep wanting to keep my eyes wide open and now my mouth is wide open too ahahahaha and my eyes kinda just did this weird zoom out thing which makes typing this really hard as well oh my god i love you becca ahahahaha
2256 and I'm still listening to videos on youtube.... wait did i just say i was listening to videos?? lol i guess because i definitely had my eyes closed the entire time last video..... and I am having some very interesting visual activity while listening to this stuff
2326 and i am still feeling the effects. resumed the Shaman Drums by Dave&Steve Gordon.... I keep thinking that there's someone right outside my door talking to someone else....
2334 venturing out of my room for some water... and I keep having those "brain warp" moments... hard to explain other than it feels like my brain warps for a second
2340 just came back from the kitchen and my cousins were out there; one of them asks why I'm laughing and then she asks if I'm high.... my other cousin says yeah he's high from the incense....LOL. oh, if she only knew.... ahahahaha and i keep having the brain warps.... it's trippy
0009 i am starting to laugh my brains out at anything
0038 still having random brain warps... listening to dubstep right now
0054 seriously considering eating the rest of the chocolate disk.....i think the effects are starting to wear off? don't know though.
0142 decided not to eat the rest of it.... coming down from the trip now, I believe.... I guess it was fun while it lasted, but I was definitely looking to see some intense visuals and have my perception of reality completely fucked, lol. I guess I just took too small a dose.... either way, I guess it was a good first trip.

It's always good to start small then get bigger each time. Had you started with a mega huge dose, you may have been scared away from psychedelics for life.

You'd be staring at the computer screen or maybe the wall, even .
Sounds like you had a good time though. Small doses are akin to small doses of ecstacy almost, from what I've heard.

I agree, if you enjoy the high when you start small and slowly work your way up then your brain is used to the high and can enjoy it.
If you start heroic it may shock the mind and you could have a bad time.
