I looked at the manual and it seems like it only has a high and low pressure setting. This might not allow you to know if it is around 15 psi or not but I suppose you can get it and test different jars at different pressures/times to see what is ideal for you.
It's still a pressure cooker.

If its anything like mine it only goes up to 10psi. Which has worked for me, but your results may vary. My electric pc is a 6 quart, I can only fit about 3 pint jars in it, or one quart jar. It's really not worth the hassle. I've since moved on and use this to actually cook with, neat little machines can do slow cooking and a bunch of other features. For shrooms though it leaves a lot to be desired.

thank you guys perun which model did you have? "2. When cooking under low pressure, the unit will automatically shut off if the pressure exceeds 5 psi. 3. When cooking under high pressure, the unit will automatically shut off if the pressure exceeds 10 psi. 4. The pressure regulator knob will be forced upward to release steam/pressure when the unit reaches 13 psi. If this function fails, and the unit reaches 18 psi, the floating valve will be forced to release steam/pressure." got that from the manual still kind of confused if it will go up to 15 psi

13 PSI is its "high" setting. This will work, but I'd recommend PCing for 90-120 minutes depending on your altitude.
If you have not already bought this, your money could be much better spent on a Presto 23-quart, or even better, a AA921 or similar.

Real: Canadian tire has 21L Mirro PC's for $120-130. I purchased my first at full price and found my second one on kijiji for $30.
The first one I purchased is over a year old and going strong with no signs of wear or tear. The second one is in similar shape, not sure how old it is.
Also CT offers a 5 year warranty on the Mirro brand PC's, and Mirro offers another 5 year limited warranty after that.

5 1L jars on the bottom, then place a trivet on top of them and you can fit another 2 1L jars on there sides on the second level. ALSO you can squeeze in 2 more 1 Pint jars on there sides in the remaining space left between the 1L jars on top and still seal the cooker.
So 7L jars without playing tetris, and 8L with some tetris skills.
