    #14325445 - 04/20/11 10:42 PM (12 years, 9 months ago)

is it normal or natural to have thoughts of physically hurting your coworkers?

Time for a new job if you aren't trolling.

If you work in a restaurant, you should be thinking about dry smashing the waitresses.

nah, im not trolling it seems like i would rather knock someone out rather than help them.

people brag about how big their paychecks are and what they told customers to makes sells.

meanwhile calling other people slaves and "their bitches" and being alowed to get away with it because nobody as far as management has the balls to do anything about it.

a guy stole my personal property and what did he get? a promotion and a raise.

Well, salesmen are a particularly sleazy lot, so I don't blame you contemplating murder.

Talk to someone like the person they have the potential to be, and you will help them do what they ought to.

I know how hard it is to deal with asshole coworkers.  But you need to ask yourself what is most important in your life and work from there.

If you feel strongly about the crap they spew at you, you might try just very non-violently expressing how you feel about it, and encourage them to meet their own potential (NOT YOURS though).  If they come at you offensively, then you tell them they've crossed a line and they need to back off.  Quit your job, set your boundaries or let the negative energy consume you... you have no other choices, really.
